These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of TurboTech Agency's services.
Services
TurboTech Agency provides the following services:
Website development and design
Video editing and content creation
YouTube channel setup and management
IT and computer support services
Digital growth and online presence solutions
The scope, deliverables, and timelines for each service will be agreed upon in writing (via WhatsApp, email, or a formal proposal) before work commences.
Payment Policy
Our standard payment terms are as follows:
Advance payment: A minimum of 50% advance payment is required before project work begins.
Remaining balance: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final delivery of files or website handover.
Accepted payment methods: UPI, bank transfer, or other mutually agreed methods.
Recurring services: For ongoing services (e.g., monthly YouTube management), payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
⚠️ Note: Work will only begin after confirmation of the advance payment. Final deliverables will be handed over only after full payment is received.
Revisions & Modifications
Each project includes a standard number of revisions as agreed in the project brief. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges.
Revision requests must be communicated clearly via WhatsApp or email.
Major scope changes after project commencement may require a revised quote.
TurboTech Agency reserves the right to decline revisions that fall outside the original project scope without additional payment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made before work has started may be eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.
Cancellations made after work has commenced are non-refundable for work already completed.
For ongoing monthly services, cancellation must be notified at least 7 days before the next billing date.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all final deliverables (websites, videos, designs) created for the client become the property of the client.
TurboTech Agency retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise by the client in writing.
Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) used in a project remain subject to their original licensing terms.
Source files and working files remain the property of TurboTech Agency unless specifically included in the project agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TurboTech Agency provides services "as is" and makes no warranty, express or implied, that:
Services will meet all client expectations beyond the agreed scope.
Specific results (e.g., guaranteed YouTube subscribers, Google rankings) will be achieved.
Websites or digital assets will be free from all bugs or errors at all times.
We commit to delivering our best work and addressing any issues promptly within a reasonable support period post-delivery.
